Contract, guarantee, payment.
How long is the contract?
The First Cure is a fixed 30-day pilot. After that, everything is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. No lock-in, no annual minimum. You stay because the meetings show, not because a contract traps you.
What exactly do you guarantee?
Three things. We never send from your primary domain. We count a meeting only when all four definition criteria are met, and no-shows never count. And the pilot fee is credited to month 1 if you continue. Misses are logged and replaced free.
How does payment and GST work?
Billing is in advance, monthly. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, shown separately on the invoice. USD figures use ₹95.6 = $1. Export-of-services clients billed in forex may be zero-rated under LUT.
